Unit 4 Owner/Board member turns water off to entire building to conduct her unit plumbing without prior notice -President requires Unit 2 to give 7 days notice and board meeting ( April 2024)
Unit 6-Bblocked common area plumbing work in common area garage after Board voted to allow plumbing for Unit 2-Calls police after water drips on area she blocked. Pushed Unit 2 owner after calling her to garage to wipe up water (April 2024). Unit 2 is ordered to move her car when HOA conducted plumbing.
In 2024 Unit 7 Board member installed electrical outlet on her common area patio without permission from CCR, installed electrical wall fans inside walls without permit, andi conducted loud projects for months without prior board approval-yet called 911 when unit 2 conducted plumbing repairs pre approved by HOA 8 turned water off without prior approval -yet Board required Unit 2 to provide a week notice for plumbing

Unit 9 Was the HOA President and received all HOA dues from other 8 owners but did not disclose that they were not paying the required HOA monthly dues. Despite Unit 9 owing the HOA association this dues-the Board refuses to collect the dues from this current owner who has lived and owned and controlled all escrows up until 2024.
