- Broken + Detached handrails going into garage and on top floors by stairs

- Remove bricks causing damage to wood beams -rain bathes beams in pool. Termites enter
- Clean Garage floors as required by HOA CCR's- Years of not being cleaned
- Repair common area table in center courtyard-it's an expensive table.
- Fill holes (two) in rear steps or termites will enter.
- Finish Unit 2 Balcony repaint-Repairs are 6 months overdue
- Modernize our HOA to work and inform without having to call APS, by posting financials, repair schedules and open meeting notices.
- Conduct a fair election where a neutral third party counts all votes in front of all owners-not one owner counting in their condo. Not OK
